I'm in a sunny place for the winter, and last week we had a visitor who opted out of sunscreen, hoping to get a "head start" on their tan. (NOT a good idea, by the way!)
The resulting burn was painful, but a nice opportunity to experiment. On one leg, they applied only aloe vera gel as relief. On the other leg, they sprayed doTERRA's After Sun Restorative Body Mist.
The next day, guess which leg was looking normal already? You guessed it! The leg where the After Sun was used. The other one was still red and tender.
