Feeling Out Of Balance? Let's Fix That!

This February, let's find calm, boost our energy, and feel like the best version of ourselves—with oils created to support our emotional and physical health, naturally.


We all do it... take on too much at work, over-commit at home... the struggle for life balance is real! Here are some strategies for keeping everything flowing in your life:


First of all. ASSESS. Reflect on your current life situation to identify areas needing attention. Look at your personal well-being, work, relationships, and leisure. Be honest about what feels out of balance. Make a list... writing it down will help you gain perspective.


Secondly, set REALISTIC GOALS. Use your assessment, and establish achievable goals for each area of your life.


Thirdly, create a BALANCED SCHEDULE. Design a daily or weekly schedule that allocates time for work, family, self-care and leisure activities. Make sure you leave room for relaxation.


Fourth: practice SELF CARE. This is not selfish! Participate in activities that promote your physical, mental and emotional health, such as exercise, meditation, and hobbies. Pour into yourself!


Next: Learn to say NO. Boundaries are good. It's OK to decline commitments that don't align with your priorities or that add unnecessary stress.


It is very important to surround yourself with SUPPORT. This was a big lesson for me a few years ago, when I found that there were some in my circle who constantly created drama and stress for me. I had to consciously let go of those interactions to bring balance to my life. Always choose your own well-being!


Finally, be PRESENT in your life. Live in the moment and savour every experience.
