Emotional Healing

Our sense of smell is a key that can unlock and release emotional pain that we have buried deep inside ourselves. What would it feel like to be free of those burdens?

Cinnamon is the oil of sexual harmony.  It is a good oil to use when you want to feel attractive, accepted, and accepting of your body. When you want to invite intimacy and healthy sexuality, Cinnamon is a great choice.

If you feel fearful, jealous, controlling, either obsessive or repressed sexually, or if you feel body shame or have other sexuality issues, Cinnamon helps you embrace your physical attractiveness and dispel fear of rejection. Cinnamon warms the heart and helps you feel safe, protected, and secure so that true intimacy can emerge.

Inhale from the bottle, diffuse it, or place a drop in your hands and inhale deeply. To use Cinnamon topically, dilute one drop or less with carrier oil and apply over the lower stomach area. Use caution when applying topically, because this is a hot oil. To use it internally, take 1-2 drops under the tongue, in a capsule, or in water or tea.
