Lemon is one of the most versatile essential oils. It is uplifting to the emotions when inhaled and, when used internally, it is a very effective cleanser. If you struggle to drink enough water in the day, this is a great oil to add to your water bottle or glass of water to enhance the taste. When used environmentally, this oil is fantastic at cutting grease or removing glue. I love this oil as a natural stain remover, as well. If you ever have a stain on an article of clothing, put a drop of Lemon essential oil on it, a tiny bit of liquid laundry soap, and then wash as usual.
