RECIPES

Turmeric Tea

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp butter (or ghee)
1-2 drops Turmeric
Turmeric spice for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the coconut milk and water in a saucepan on low for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add the butter, honey and Turmeric essential oil and stir until the butter melts and ingredients combine. 

  3. Pour into mugs and add a pinch of turmeric spice as a garnish. Serve hot.
