Years ago, I would start making chocolates in October, and finish in late November... all my spare time was devoted to making delicious truffles and Victorian Creams -- from scratch -- to give as gifts. It was quite a process, and I derived great joy from creating, decorating and boxing up my chocolates.
Today I have four chocolatey treats for you to make, and none of them are nearly as involved as the complicated chocolates I used to make. They are delicious, AND easy!
