This is how EASY it is to use essential oils... you can use pretty much ANY recipe in any format you want.
To create a roller bottle, all you need to do is add the diffuser recipe oils to a roller bottle and add Fractionated Coconut Oil to top it up. The proportion is all you need to worry about.
To make a roller bottle for a young child, use a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil in the bottle. For a teenager, a small adult or a senior citizen, use 20 drops of essential oil. For a larger adult or someone who likes stronger blends, use 30 drops of essential oil. Multiply the diffuser recipe to get the correct number of drops (it doesn't have to be exact, only close) for the intended user, add the essential oils to the roller bottle, then top up with your carrier oil.
