Two All-Time Favourite Recipes

During this past week, I privately shared two of my most favourite recipes from all my years of using essential oils. That reminded me about how well these recipes work, and how important they are for everyone to know. So, I am sharing them with you so that you will have them in your repertoire as well. Be sure to save them!

The Allergy Shot is probably the first recipe that I learned way back in 2009. The great thing about this recipe is how well it works for a very common issue. The three essential oils in this recipe each have their own properties that work together to relieve symptoms of allergic reaction -- all different kinds of allergic reactions, from simple hay fever to food allergies, and from sneezing to hives. You can make this recipe in a shot glass and shoot it, but you can also diffuse it into the air, plus you can make a simple ointment and apply it topically.

The Best Ever Skin Balm is known as a scar reducer, but also used for other skin ailments such as scrapes, cuts, wounds, and rashes. The three oils in this recipe are all very mild and can be used neat on the skin -- however, diluting in a carrier oil helps your essential oils go further, and does not reduce effectiveness. I used this recipe on a deep scar that my horse had from a torn muscle, and the dimple caused by the scar tissue disappeared. I have also used it on cuts and other kinds of wounds, with very fast healing as a result.
