Christmas trees and twinkly lights are popping up everywhere even though it's still November... and, even though I love the holiday season, I am not the first in line to get out the decorations. But.... because I have essential oils, diffusers and spray bottles, I can start setting the stage for the holidays with AROMA! It's easy, it's fun, and it is infinitely customizable.
Here are my favourite essential oils for holiday time diffusing:
Citrus: Wild Orange, Tangerine or Clementine
Spices: Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger, Cardamom, Cassia
Trees: Siberian Fir, Black Spruce
Mints: Peppermint, Spearmint, Wintergreen
For me, these are the aromas that are most associated with December... that delicious mix of Christmas Orange with spices, mints and evergreens speaks to me of cozy evenings by the fire, holiday baking, and festive parties.
