This week I had a stroke of brilliance about mixing up my daily supplements... I take doTERRA's VMG+ and MetaPWR Advantage every day, and they are both powders that need to be mixed with water.
I have used a shaker bottle sometimes, a handy little hard-to-clean Blendjet blender sometimes, and a handheld battery operated whisk sometimes. Each one has its pros and cons--for me the main con is recharging or changing batteries. I either don't realize the battery is dead until I fill the thing up, or can't find the right charging cable, or both, or we are out of the battery size we need.
This week, I looked at a kitchen appliance I use every day, and thought to myself "Why not!"
The appliance: a Nespresso milk foamer! Most of the time we use this to quickly create hot foamy milk for coffee. HOWEVER, you can also turn off the heating element and just use it to mix things. The key is to press and hold the on switch. Let go when you see a blue light turn on... whatever is in there will get whizzed up with no heat applied.
I was delighted to see that my supplements were mixed PERFECTLY.
